Hi everyone! 
Just a quick update about the icon packs. 

I've redrawn the hand and the icons are now available in an .svg format, which should allow for much more flexibility as far as scaling is concerned. No more pixelated png's!

The font is also redrawn for the new format. It's a little looser and more organic this go around. Still bulky and bold. 

With this update, I've also included a carbon neutral icon you can use on your projects where you can make that claim. 

I use this carbon neutral symbol on the print runs of MIRU 1 & 2 this last go around. They feature uncoated recycled paper and are printed with vegetable based inks. If you didn't know, each purchase (digital and physical) are offset at the end of the year. We did this last year through cooleffect.org and are open to any questions or concerns you may have about using these icons and 'qualifying' for them.

I'm really passionate about the planet and while I have bills to pay, I have to create real world objects that require transportation on vehicles that move around the globe on oil, and come shipped covered in plastic and I'm sure the process is messy, energy was used where it didn't have to be, as is the way with creating new products. But, until the world has gone completely oil free, the best we can do in the meantime is do our best to use less plastics and choosing to use recycled paper products. Our energy at the office is wind and solar powered (we don't pay more for this, we just switched energy providers, you should look into that if it's available in your area!) and we recently got a used electric vehicle (that can only go like 50 miles on a full charge 😭), but we're doing what we can! My hope is to also include the emissions created by members of Mimic Publishing as well at the end of the year. This starts by reducing our emissions to begin with.
